Scratch is a programming environment built by the folks at the Lifelong Kindergarten Lab at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) near Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Built using the Smalltalk language and using the Squeak programming environment, Scratch is tri-platform (Mac, Windows, Linux).

You must sign up as part of this course but there are a couple requirements about your username: you cannot use any part of your last name; you cannot use any part of American School of Doha; you cannot use the name Doha at all. Make sure to pick something that is appropriate for school or I will require you to change it.
